2.1 Service Availability
Our services are available in the Blackfriars area and surrounding regions. We operate from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
3. Client Obligations
Clients must ensure the following:
- Provide accurate information regarding the items to be cleared.
- Ensure access to the property at the agreed time.
- Obtain any necessary permissions for parking or access if required.
4. Payment Terms
Payments must be made as per the following structure:
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required upon booking.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without any penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 10% of the total service cost.
6. Liability
Flat Clearance Blackfriars strives to handle all items with care; however, we are not liable for any pre-existing damages or breakages. Clients are responsible for ensuring that no hazardous materials are present unless specifically agreed upon.
6.1 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total value of the services rendered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Insurance
While we carry insurance for standard operations, it is recommended that clients have their own insurance for valuable or fragile items.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.
9. Amendments to Terms

10. Termination
Either party may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, clients must settle any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date.
